For both Domestic and International Orders, the easiest way to initiate a return or exchange is through the Tradlands Exchange Portal. If making an exchange or shopping with your exchange credit, you may be charged for the balance on price differences. You may also be charged for shipping in accordance with our policy:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. As such, and unless otherwise noted, shipping will automatically be deducted from the balance of your return or exchange.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.
