My package is being stalled/held at a facility. What do I do?

International Customers

Depending on the country of delivery, your shipment may be subject to customs clearance and duties fees. Fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges aren’t always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer.

International customs forms require a phone number to reach you if required by the carrier. Please be sure to fill out this section during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed or stalled delivery of international orders if a phone number from the customer is not present. It is the recipient’s responsibility to contact the carrier in these instances. You can update your account information here, create an account for easy editing, or reach out and we’ll help update it for you.

Domestic Customers

Packages can be stalled for a number of reasons. We are not responsible for packages being stalled due to issues with delivery details or access. Please contact the carrier with questions about packages being held or stalled.
