What happens if I forget to return an accessory from my order?

Please reach out to us as soon as you can. You can email us or chat with us through the website. Regardless of your reason for returning, be sure to include all accessories that came in your initial order with the product you’re returning. This includes belts, sashes, tags, ties, etc. 

Keep in mind, returns can be held during processing without notifying the customer if all accessories are not included in the returns package. We will not issue a prepaid label to mail back missing accessories. It is the customer’s responsibility to mail back all pieces for the product they are returning in order to receive their refund, credit, or exchange item. Please let us know if you may have sent a return and missed adding an accessory and we’ll help you get it sorted out.
