Where is my order?
To find out the most updated information regarding your order, please check your email first. You should have received two emails from us with details about your most recent order. The first email was an order confirmation and the second was a shipping confirmation. In the shipping confirmation email, your carrier and the tracking number will be provided with a link to check that status at any time. You can also copy your tracking number and input it into the carrier's business website.

- UPS: UPS Tracking
- FedEx: FedEx + FedEx SmartPost Tracking
- Canadian Orders: Canada Post
- All other International Orders: Parcel Monitor or 17Track.net
Customers with their own accounts on our website can log into their account on our website (create an account here if you haven’t yet!) and click on your most recent order number. Then under Product Information, you can find the tracking number for this purchase along with the carrier.
