Who do you ship with?

USPS

    • USPS is one of our most popular carriers in the U.S. Most packages will be shipped via USPS. One of the biggest benefits is that your local carrier has access to mailboxes, lockers, and lockboxes to ensure a safer drop-off and delivery and they operate with your local facility. If you have questions regarding delivery with USPS, please contact your closest branch.
    • For International customers, USPS will handoff and share tracking information with the most popular carriers in your country of residence. For example, Canada Post for Canadian Orders. For International customers, please visit Parcel Monitor’s Website or 17Track.net, copy/paste your tracking number, and it will track all carriers that have had contact with your package. This will give you the most updated carrier information and tracking status. If you still have questions, please reach out; we’d be happy to help!

FedEx

    • FedEx is another very common mail carrier and is allowed to drop off packages at your place of residence without requiring a signature. They also do not have access to your postal lock boxes or lockers. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from your residence after being dropped off via FedEx.
    • FedEx SmartPost - **Please Note** Your items may be shipped with FedEx SmartPost. This means that FedEx will transfer your package to your local USPS facility for the final delivery. Be sure to check your tracking information to determine if FedEx or USPS will be delivering your package.

UPS

    • UPS is another extremely popular and reliable domestic carrier in the U.S. Many international packages will begin their journey with UPS shipping and tracking. They are allowed to drop off packages at your place of residence without requiring a signature. They also do not have access to your postal lock boxes or lockers. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from your residence after being dropped off via UPS.

They will often transfer to USPS, Canada Post, and other dominant local carriers within the country of delivery.
