I had the wrong item sent to me. What do I do?
We are so sorry about the mixup. If the item you wanted (and originally ordered) is available, we will place the order at no cost to you (both domestic and international customers). We will provide a prepaid label (U.S customers) and return instructions (International Customers) to return the incorrect unworn item.
Please send us an email at [email protected] regarding the item you wanted, the item you got, and at least one picture of the item with the bag it came packaged in. Then we will help you with your return and replacement.
Please note, if the item that was sent to you was, in fact, the correct item from your purchase order, we cannot be held responsible for accidental orders or errors on the customer's end for ordering the incorrect product.
Please Also Note: We don’t offer refunds, store credit, or replacements on purchases past the 30-day window or items that have been worn or washed.
