What do I need to include in my returns package?

For all returns, you must include your original hangtags neatly with your unworn return items. For International orders, please include a copy of your order number in the package. We also recommend including as much of the original packaging as possible (i.e. the clear bag the item came in with the barcode on it). We will do our best to recycle these materials on our end. 

Be sure to include all accessories that came with the initial product. This could include belts, sashes, ties, etc. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without customer notification. We will not issue a prepaid label to mail back missing accessories. It is the customer’s responsibility to mail back all pieces for the product they are returning in order to receive their refund, credit, or exchange item. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without notifying the customer.
