How do I start a return?

Domestic Returns Process: 

If you need to make a return or an exchange click here to start. Be sure to read the directions carefully and choose the item you’d like to exchange for (style, color, size, etc.). 

After that, you’ll request and download your return label and you have 7 days to mail the items back to us. Your refund/credit will be issued to you automatically via email once the return is processed. Please note, returns through the online portal must be done within 30 days of purchase date, not the delivery date. 

Please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has reached its destination warehouse. For refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your statements depending on where you bank after it's been issued. If you have questions about the status of your return or refund, feel free to reach out, we’d be happy to answer those questions. 

Be sure to include all accessories that came with the initial product. This could include belts, sashes, ties, etc. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without customer notification. It is the customer's responsibility to mail back all pieces for the product they are returning in order to receive their refund, credit, or exchange item. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without notifying the customer. 

Please note: We don’t offer refunds, store credit, or replacements on purchases past the 30-day return window or items that have been worn or washed. We also do not offer returns for Scrunchies. If you have questions about the status of your return, please let us know and get in touch. We do not take responsibility for items returned to us without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you are not able to track the package. Please contact us directly with any questions you have about the returns process. 


International Returns Process:

2. Include your Order # and the item(s) you’d like to return/exchange in your email. 

3. Once we have confirmed your return through Customer Service, please send all unworn items to:

**PLEASE NOTE** Duties and taxes will not be refunded for International returns/exchanges.
