What are my return options?
When it comes to returns, we have four options available.
We can do refunds back to original forms of payment, store credit in the form of a digital gift card, a replacement for an item of the same price, or you can use our Shop Now Credit to return and exchange your item for something completely different from the online store.
- For returns to credit cards and PayPal, for domestic orders, we deduct $6.50 for shipping and restocking of returned items. Your refund will be sent back to your original form of payment when the returned item is received. Please allow 2-4 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has reached its destination warehouse. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your statements depending on where you bank after it's been issued. If you have questions about the status of your return or refund, feel free to reach out, we’d be happy to answer those questions.
- For returns as store credit, the digital gift card never expires and will be sent to you when the returned item is processed. This will be emailed to you automatically. Please be sure to keep track of the gift card code you receive in your email but if you need the code again, we can resend it to you. If you have questions about the status of a gift card/store credit, reach out and ask. If you think your gift card should have arrived already, check your SPAM folder first.
- For replacement items, you can choose a different size, color, or style but the replacement must stay in the same style family (button-ups, jumpsuits, sweaters, cardigans, etc). For domestic orders done through the online portal, you’ll have the option to pay the difference for an item in a new collection. For International customers, reach out to us if you want to exchange for a completely different item than your original purchase and we can help.
- You can use the Shop Now Credit to shop directly through our returns portal with a return credit for any item on the shop that's in stock. Using that free credit allows you to exchange your returned item for something new you want to try that's a different style, size, color, or price point!
