I have a damaged/defective item. What do I do?
We stand behind every product we make. If there is an issue with your purchase please write to us to let us know. In your email, include your name, order number, and the reason for the damage or defect. Final and most important step: please attach at least one image of the affected area so we can better assist you.

You can only make a return or exchange for a defective product by contacting us first by email, and NOT through the automated returns & exchanges interface.
We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
