How do I edit my order? Can I update my address on my order I just placed?
Once the order has been placed, most of the time we are unable to catch it and make changes to the products, quantities, or shipping information of the order. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the correct shipping address.
Please keep in mind we are a small team of 4 and will do our best to edit your information. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any adjustments and cannot be held responsible for items being shipped to the wrong address. If you need to edit the address of your order after it’s shipped, it’s the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier and forward the package.
