How do I start an International exchange?

For International customers who are exchanging within 30 days of the purchase date, email us here to get started. 

Please provide which item(s) you’d like to return and which item(s) you’d like to exchange for (must be in the same family/collection on the website). We will send you directions on how to make an international return and will process the exchange item once your return is processed. For International customers, we require you to send us tracking information for your return package. For your exchange order, we’ll pay shipping back to you. 

If your order is eligible for an exchange, be sure to include all accessories that came with the initial product. This could include belts, sashes, ties, etc. Exchanges with missing accessories can be held from processing without customer notification. It is the customer's responsibility to mail back all pieces for the product they are returning to receive their refund, credit, or exchange item. 

**Please note** We will not withhold any items from our inventory for any customers. If you are concerned the item you want to exchange for may not be available, email us at [email protected] - we’d be happy to help.
