How to start a Domestic exchange?
For Domestic customers who are exchanging within 30 days of the purchase date, you can start your exchange here. Be sure to read the directions carefully when making your selection(s). Please note, for U.S. orders, you may use the online portal but may be charged the difference if exchanging items from different collections.
After that, you’ll request and download your return label and you have 7 days to mail the items back to us. Your exchange or refund/store credit will automatically be sent to you once your return item is received.
If your order is eligible for an exchange, be sure to include all accessories that came with the initial product. This could include belts, sashes, ties, etc. Exchanges with missing accessories can be held from processing without customer notification. We will not issue a prepaid label to mail back missing accessories (U.S. orders). It is the customer's responsibility to mail back all pieces for the product they are returning to receive their refund, credit, or exchange item.
If you have questions about the status of your exchange, please let us know and get in touch. We do not take responsibility for items returned to us without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you are not able to track the package.
