What is your exchange policy?
For both Domestic and International orders, we offer one free exchange for an item in the same collection or family in our shop (sweaters, button-ups, jumpsuits, etc.). Please note, for U.S. orders, you may use the online portal but may be charged the difference if exchanging items from different collections.
If your order is eligible for an exchange, be sure to include all accessories that came with the initial product in the return package. This could include belts, sashes, ties, etc. Exchanges with missing accessories can be held from processing without customer notification. We will not issue a prepaid label to mail back missing accessories. It is the customer’s responsibility to mail back all pieces for the product they are returning in order to receive their refund, credit, or exchange item. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without notifying the customer.
Please note: We don’t offer refunds, store credit, or replacements on purchases past the 30-day window or items that have been worn or washed. Learn more about starting an exchange here.
