Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
Sale items purchased during site-wide seasonal sales where items are reduced in price and/or ending in .99 (including the Anniversary Sale, end of season sales, and holiday sales) are eligible for an exchange or return for store credit only.

Please read the product description carefully to ensure you know what your options will be after purchasing.
If your order is eligible for a return, be sure to include all accessories that came with the initial product. This could include belts, sashes, ties, etc. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without customer notification. We will not issue a prepaid label to mail back missing accessories. It is the customer’s responsibility to mail back all pieces for the product they are returning in order to receive their refund, credit, or exchange item. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without notifying the customer.
What if my order doesn't qualify for a return?
If you purchased something that is final sale and ineligible for exchange or return, one option is to re-sell the item (for U.S. customers only at this time) through our Worn Well Exchange. You can learn about the Worn Well Exchange, shop pre-loved pieces, and sell your gently worn pieces you own that you no longer want.
