How do I process a return online? (U.S. orders only)

For domestic customers, you can use our returns portal to start your return. Based on what your order qualifies for, you’ll have options for return for refund, replacement, or return for store credit. You can return the item for the same item in a different size or color. You can return the item for another item in the same collection. You can also use our ‘Buy Now’ credit and save money when shopping through the returns portal for a new item. You will use a credit but may be charged or refunded the difference depending on the price of the item you're exchanging for. Please be sure to read through your options carefully. 

Be sure to read all instructions very carefully through the entire returns process and to include all accessories that came with your purchase (i.e. belts, sashes, ties, etc) when you package them for returning. Please note, to process a return online, you must have your order number and shipping address zip code. If you have questions about where to find them, just reach out and ask. 

Please Note: It is the customer's responsibility to mail back all pieces for the product they are returning in order to receive their refund, credit, or exchange item. Returns with missing accessories can be held from processing without notifying the customer. Find out how more on to start a return here.
