What is your general return policy?

The team at Tradlands is here to help you no matter what. Please read through our FAQ’s carefully to ensure you’re informed on the purchasing, returning, and exchanging processes and more. We want you to know that you can always reach out to us with questions. ***Please note*** For all returns (Domestic and International) all items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags. We don’t offer refunds, store credit, or replacements on purchases past the 30-day return window, items that have been worn or washed, or scrunchies. 

Domestic Returns: For our domestic customers, we offer returns on all orders (except Sale and Final Sale items) for refunds, store credit, or to exchange an item. All items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, not from the date of delivery. For U.S. customers, we encourage you to use our online returns portal to get your prepaid return label. International Returns: For our International customers, we do offer returns, but at this time we cannot provide prepaid shipping labels. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please email us with the information about your return including the product(s) and the reason for return and we will provide an address and shipping instructions for your return. Initial shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. You can view more information on how to process an international return here.
