I returned an order using my Rewards Points. Do I get my points back?

  • If an order is fully refunded, we automatically give your points back for any rewards you used with the order.
  • If you return your order and receive a refund, the points you earned will automatically be removed from your account.
  • If you return your order partially (and you didn't use the voucher with said order), points will be removed partially as well.
