I don't have access to a printer. Can I use my own label?
While we are able and willing to provide pre-paid shipping labels to our customers either manually or through our online returns portal, if for some reason you are unable to print the label, please let us know before you ship your return back.
Due to the complexity of our returns process and the size of our small team, we are not held responsible for items shipped to us without our knowledge, without tracking information, or that are combined with other orders in the same package. If you do use your own label, please send us the tracking information that we can use to ensure the timely processing of your return, refund, store credit, or exchange item.
Please note: We don’t offer refunds, store credit, or replacements on purchases past the 30-day return window or items that have been worn or washed.
